Traveling Hub Terms & Conditions

The customer must confirm that they understand and agree to the following:

• •Traveling Hub is not responsible for changes, delays or cancellations caused by severe weather, natural disasters, road conditions, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Traveling Hub.
• •A tour may be modified, delayed or canceled when necessary to protect the safety of guests.
• •Where the applicable cancellation is caused by such circumstances, 40% of the total tour payment may be retained for operational costs, subject to the applicable booking agreement and law.
• •In case of no-show, where the customer does not appear for the confirmed tour without appropriate prior notice, the tour may be canceled and 40% of the total tour payment may be retained for operational costs, subject to the applicable booking agreement and law.
• •Traveling Hub acts as a tour and travel service provider/coordinator and is not responsible for losses or damages arising from accidents or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
• •Guests are responsible for remaining attentive, following the instructions of guides, drivers and activity providers, and taking reasonable care of their own safety during the tour.
• •Certain activities may involve inherent risks, and guests must follow all applicable safety instructions.
• •Third-party services, including transportation, accommodation, helicopter services, activities and other suppliers, may have their own terms and conditions.
