Base rate includes unlimited mileage, basic CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) with deductible, theft protection, and 24/7 roadside assistance. Fuel, additional insurance, young driver fees, and optional extras (GPS, child seats, additional drivers) are extra.

Basic CDW is included with a deductible ($500-$2,500). We recommend Super CDW (zero deductible) for peace of mind. Your personal auto insurance or credit card may provide coverage — check before declining. Third-party liability is mandatory and included.

Most locations accept debit cards but require a credit check, additional ID, proof of return travel, and a larger security hold ($200-$500+). Credit cards are preferred and often required for Premium/Luxury categories.

Drivers 21-24 typically pay $15-$25/day surcharge. Some locations rent to 18-20 with higher fees. Drivers 25+ have no young driver fee. Drivers 70+ may have a senior surcharge ($10-$15/day) in some countries.

Yes, one-way rentals are available between most locations. A one-way fee applies (typically $50-$300+ depending on distance). International one-ways (cross-border) require advance notice and additional documentation.

Most companies have a 29-59 minute grace period. Beyond that, you're charged for an additional day. Early returns typically don't qualify for refunds. Always notify the location if you'll be late.
